Ronald accomplished his BS in Accountancy in University of Manila, took his Local Area Networking in Ateneo, finished his RCFE in Administration in JMPM, California, and acquired his MBA in Trece Martirez College.

Joey excelled in his college at DLSU Manila, consistently included in the dean's list. Joey offered his services as the national president to Jaycess (Junior Chamber National Philippines) in 1995.
